Create a parTEA –
Keeping it fun without the alcohol? But too hot to have a traditional tea party?
We created several simple syrups so guests could create their own signature beverage with hibiscus iced tea (color-matched our theme) and Lipton iced tea.
I sweetened the Tazo Passion tea with a touch of honey while it was still hot. Allowed to cool and then placed in our gorgeous pitcher.
We left the Lipton tea plain and unsweet so people could experiment with the different flavors of simple syrup.

We also had quite a lot of fun with the following Tea Inspired Cocktails
Earl Grey MarTEAni –
Brew 4 cups water with 6 earl grey tea bags. Allow tea bags to seep about 20 minutes instead of 1 minute. Press teabags with a spoon, releasing strong tea then remove teabags from tea. Chill, do not add ice.
Mix the chilled earl grey tea with 4 cups of honey infused vodka. We use Wildflower Honey by Dixie Vodka.
Add to your serving pitcher.
In your guest’s glass, put a few cubes of ice, pour the tea vodka.
